What you get

Everything for the daily juggle

Glucose, meals, questions and patterns — handled in one place, so managing diabetes takes less of your day.

Your CGM, connected

Glucose flows in live from Dexcom Share or FreeStyle Libre via LibreLinkUp, or from Apple Health / Health Connect if your sensor writes there. Trend, time-in-range and today's curve, right on the home screen.

Log food in seconds

Snap a photo and AI reads the plate, scan a barcode, or search a built-in offline database. Carbs and bread units without the mental math.

Meet DiaBot

An AI assistant that knows diabetes. Ask about a meal, a reading or how your week went — in plain language, any time of day.

Insights that add up

Weekly analysis surfaces your patterns — mornings that run high, meals that spike — so you walk into an appointment with data, not memory.

Built for Type 1

Every screen is shaped around Type 1: glucose first, carbs and bread units, insulin log, patterns. A Type 2 mode — medication, weight and habits — is in development and not part of this beta.

Private by design

Your logs live on your device — we keep no copy on our servers. AI features send only what you ask them to process to Google Gemini, and only after you explicitly agree; you can withdraw that in Settings at any time. And DiaRoute never tells you how much insulin to take.

Getting started

Up and running in minutes

1

Install from TestFlight

Join the beta on your iPhone — one tap, no account needed to start.

2

Connect your CGM

Sign in to Dexcom Share or FreeStyle Libre (LibreLinkUp) for live readings, or allow Apple Health / Health Connect. No sensor? Enter readings by hand — or switch on demo data in Settings to see how everything works first.

3

Log, ask, learn

Log a meal by photo, ask DiaBot anything, and watch your weekly insights build from day one.

Compatibility

Will my sensor work?

Short answer: Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre stream live, anything that writes to Apple Health is read from there, and without a sensor you can log by hand.

Dexcom G6 / G7Live

Sign in with your Dexcom account and readings arrive about every 5 minutes, straight from Dexcom Share.

FreeStyle Libre 2 / 3Live

Through LibreLinkUp — invite yourself as a follower in the LibreLink app, then sign in here. New reading roughly every minute.

Anything in Apple HealthRetrospective

If your sensor app writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, DiaRoute reads from there — read-only, and with the delay the system itself has (up to about 3 hours).

No sensor at allBy hand

Type readings in yourself — everything else works the same. Want to look around first? Turn on demo data in Settings.

Dexcom Share and LibreLinkUp are unofficial integrations, not endorsed by Dexcom or Abbott: you sign in with your own account, and those credentials stay in your phone's keychain — they go to Dexcom or Abbott and never to us.

Privacy & safety

Your health data is yours

DiaRoute is a companion and logbook — not a medical device, and not a data business.

Stays on your device

Your logs live locally and in your own Apple Health — we don't keep them on a server or sell them. There are no analytics, ad or tracking SDKs in the app.

No dosing advice, ever

DiaRoute never tells you how many units to inject and never changes your therapy settings. Those decisions stay with you and your care team.

Built with GDPR in mind

Clear permissions, a one-tap wipe, and a full export of everything you’ve logged as a single JSON file you can take anywhere.
